1 Introduction

2 Definitions

- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ong88 Platform.
- "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account, inclusive of real-money deposits, winnings, and any bonus funds not yet subject to withdrawal restrictions.

3 Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on ong88, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
3.1 Age Requirement. The Player must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active. ong88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending age verification.
3.2 Legal Capacity. The Player must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of residence. Persons acting under legal guardianship, bankruptcy protection, or other legal incapacity are not eligible to register.
3.3 Jurisdiction. The Player must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether access to online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. ong88 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether registered in the same name or through different identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.
3.5 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4 Account Registration
To register an Account, a Player must complete the registration process on the Platform, providing accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or otherwise), email address, and contact number.
Upon registration, each Player is assigned a unique username. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password. ong88 will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of an Account where the Player has failed to safeguard their login credentials.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, ong88 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Players will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC/MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or telco bill issued within the preceding three months), and a selfie photograph holding the ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Until KYC is approved, withdrawals will not be processed.
5 Terms of Use
By using the Platform, each Player agrees to the following terms of use:
- The Player will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational Gaming Activity and will not access the Platform for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
- The Player will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- The Player acknowledges that the outcome of casino games, RNG-based titles, and sporting events is inherently uncertain, and that no strategy, system, or tool guarantees a profit.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals
ong88 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.
6.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and RM 30 for FPX bank transfers. Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets are credited instantly. FPX transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. ong88 does not charge deposit processing fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
6.2 Withdrawals. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within five minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet channels during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day where submitted before the applicable cut-off time. ong88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.3 Player Funds. Player deposits are maintained in segregated accounts, separate from the Platform's operational funds. ong88 does not use Player funds for operational expenses. The Platform does not pay interest on Player balances.
6.4 Third-Party Payments. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party payment is identified, ong88 reserves the right to void the transaction and return funds to the originating source.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
ong88 offers a range of promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet allocations, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the following general bonus terms.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of fifteen times (X15) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is established. For example, a RM 100 bonus requires RM 1,500 in total qualifying wagers prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
7.2 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are published in the promotion's terms and conditions.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While Bonus Funds are active on an Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is RM 300, unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of bonus activation. Unexpired, un-wagered Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry. Expiry dates are displayed within each Player's Account bonus panel.
7.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion more than once through multiple Accounts or through manipulation of IP addresses constitute a breach of these Terms.
7.6 ong88 Rights. ong88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. The Platform also reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, or any form of irregular play pattern designed to manipulate promotional mechanics.
8 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which the wager is made. In the event of any inconsistency between general Platform terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to bet settlement.
- Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results as declared by the relevant governing body. ong88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond applicable market rules, or affected by proven match-fixing.
- Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at ong88's discretion. In the event of a technical interruption affecting a live bet after the wager has been accepted, the bet will be settled based on the state of play at the time the interruption occurred, where this can be verified.
- Casino Games: All RNG-based casino and slot games use certified random number generation technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session.
- Disconnection Policy: ong88 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's internet disconnection during a gaming session. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play due to a technical fault attributable to the Platform, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer tables, or any other multi-player game.
- Depositing funds originating from criminal activity (money laundering) or using the Platform as a vehicle for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
- Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple identities, employing wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging bets across opposite outcomes), or any systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.
- Attempting to manipulate odds, game outcomes, or sporting events in which a bet has been placed.
- Accessing the Platform from any Restricted Territory.
- Providing fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the ong88 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game content, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of ong88 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ong88. Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ong88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
11.1 ong88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruptions in Platform availability; errors in game outcomes attributable to third-party game providers; delays in payment processing attributable to payment intermediaries; or the Player's own failure to comply with these Terms.
11.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ong88 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the suitability, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any information or service provided on the Platform.
11.3 In no event shall ong88's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12 Account Suspension & Closure
ong88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The Account is found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
- The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
- ong88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- The Player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as set out in Section 9.
- ong88 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation. ong88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a legitimate Account suspension or closure.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the ong88 support team. Self-exclusion requests are also accommodated — see Section 13 for details.
13 Responsible Gambling
ong88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, all of which are available at no cost to registered Players:

15 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ong88 holds its primary gaming licence.
